  • What are your fees?
    Once a tenancy is created, Saltwater Property Management will manage the rental for 35% of the first month's rent and 10% for every month until the tenancy ends.
  • How do you screen tenants?
    We perform a thorough screening process that may include background checks, reference checks and rental history verification to ensure potential tenants are reliable.
  • How do you handle maintenance requests?
